We have a wonderful life, haven’t we?

This kinda general to talk like this, but the first purpose of making this tumblr, is to retell my story about my simple and unique life.

I just read about a blog of a taxi driver, not a daily regular Taxi Driver, but he is Singapore’s Most Educated Taxi Driver, named Dr. Cai Ming Jie, PhD. He has a PhD title from Stanford! However, his contract was terminated without any reasonable and still hadn’t got any related job to his scientist life, he became a Singaporean Taxi Driver! How life is unpredictable. Thanks to 林老师 *a.k.a* Grace Suryani who has inspired me to post about this. http://www.facebook.com/?sk=messages&tid=1275147071048#!/note.php?note_id=413972761209&comments

You can read all the stories from this blog http://taxidiary.blogspot.com. Really, his posts are very amusing, a point of view from an ex-scientist taxi driver.

I have read several posts from him and I found a post from Dr. Cai Ming Jie, which has melted my heart away (http://taxidiary.blogspot.com/2010/02/july-22-2009-wednesday-unbearable.html). The story is about a middle age women, who was taking his taxi from a market, and she has arthritis for several years. Later, she told that she was the one from the news, whose husband and son ended their life by jumping from the building. A tragic life, but it’s real. That’s life.

So hard to describe, that’s why I realized that my life is so great and wonderful and problems shouldn’t let me down and think this is the end of life, because we can see that being Cai Ming Jie isn’t that as easy as me. Thanks to Cai Ming Jie’s and Grace Suryani’s post. Both of you have given such a great lesson of life today!

I have to grateful with my wonderful life! Starts from now!

Love is the reason why we are still here and havin’ this glorious Sunday! Happy Sunday! Love your God, family and friends!

Sylvester
